We spent the first part of our holiday in Ayvalık in Nilüfer Butik Otel and this stay really made our holiday special for several reasons. When planning our holiday we were looking for a quiet and unique hotel by the sea where we could enjoy our first holiday in three months since we got engaged and this hotel was exactly the type of hotel we were looking for! It is a small family owned hotel, very cozy, located by the sea. It has this cute garden right outside the breakfast area and the whole vibe in this place is just right. We felt really good taken care of by Ahmet and his family and would recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a flawless experience in Ayvalık with a genuine and personal touch. This is an incredibly good five star classic hotel. You will have the feeling of a boutique hotel, but with all the comfort of a five star. The place is beautiful, rooms are very comfortable, the restaurant is very good, location on the private beach. The breakfast included in the price is incredible, more like a brunch. Lunch has good options too and service to your sun bed is a nice touch. There’s a valet so you don’t have to worry about parking your car. Reception personnel is very welcoming and helpful. I had a massage at the Spa which was wonderful and my family enjoyed the Turkish bath (booked privately). The gym was excellent. There was an olive oil tasting with martinis which we really appreciated. You must visit Cunda island, it’s stunning! There is a kids club which we didn’t need but the kids seemed super happy.

The owners are extremely kind and eager to help you with any information. The room is clean, and it has everything you might need, and the location is ultra-central, just a 2-3 minute walk from the downtown restaurants. Even though it's in the middle of the tourist attractions, the noise was bearable. They also have a small terrace, a garden where you can spend time in peace. It's definitely a place I would return to
