For us nature-lovers, this was a dream accomodation, surrounded by nice forest with lots of birds, monkeys, bushbabies etc. The entrance of the national park is only 200 m away. The room was prepared very nicely with flowers on the bed etc. Hotel staff were extremely nice, calm and very helpful. We tried several local items on the menu in the restaurant, and we simply LOVED the food, which was excellent and reasonably priced. If you dine there, you must try the swahili selection!

This is an extremely peaceful place, it was the perfect place to end our 7 week Zanzibar experience. The gardens are beautiful, and the bush Babies visiting at night was an amazing surprise. Our thanks to all the staff especially Fatima for her dancing.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Oasis Residence in Jambiani, and the experience was absolutely amazing! The hotel is newly opened, extremely modern, and very well maintained. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable, with impeccable cleanliness. The property features two modern pools surrounded by numerous palm trees and lush vegetation, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel’s restaurant serves delicious food, and the staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. Additionally, the owners of this wonderful place are exceptionally hospitable and dedicated, making the experience even more special. Everything at The Oasis Residence offers a unique vibe that is hard to find elsewhere. I highly recommend everyone to book a stay here without hesitation when planning a trip to Zanzibar.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully decorated for the occasion, making us feel truly welcomed. Our balcony opened to the incredible ocean view, and every member of staff was warm, friendly, and eager to help - they arranged tours for us as well. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere throughout our stay was simply perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Amazing service!!! All the staff: reception guys, restourant ladies, housekeeping ladies: smily, helpful always there whatever you need. Hotel is well maintained, good size room, great pool and garden, sunbeds always available. Good quality food, reasonable prices. Beach is just a few minutes walk.

I recently stayed at The Garten Living Hotel with my partner and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. For dinner, I decided to try their burger, and I was not disappointed. It was mouthwatering, with perfectly cooked beef, fresh ingredients, and just the right balance of flavors. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and great food.

Amazing view, very clean room and the nicest staff you can find - including the owners! Great place for a few days of rest. A car rental should be considered to visit nearby places such as Page.
