The place, the staff ,the service, atmosphere, everything has been excellent. they always have a smile for the guests ,the breakfast was excellent..i will miss the coffee and cookies!!!! .. The staff was superb. TARA, in particular, was soooo helpful & compassionate. I have a very bad knee & back. Walking is painful. For some reason, despite my request for close proximity to the elevator, my room quite far from it, & my spinner bag wasn't rolling well on the carpet. Tara was on the floor w/ a housekeeping cart, saw me struggling, called the desk to change my room to one right next to elevator, & put my bag inside the room for me. OUTSTANDING!

Pillows are too old, and so are jacuzzi faucets. The fridge had no freezer, and we definitely needed it. Otherwise, everything else was very good. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was generally clean and the staff was friendly. We just stayed a night on our way further south. Location was good and included breakfast buffet was quite satisfactory.
