The manor is a beautiful property with a nice view on the lake. The pictures don’t do it justice! The room was clean and comfortable and the owners very friendly and easy to reach. We will definitely be going back!

The apartment was perfect for our two night stay. It was beautifully decorated and nicely furnished. The bed was super comfortable and we loved the walk in shower. Some really nice extra touches included bottled water in the refrigerator and complimentary tea and coffee. We loved the convenience of having the tavern just downstairs; there was a great atmosphere and the service was excellent. Both Friday and Saturday night there was live music (which we knew about in advance), which we really enjoyed!

The staff went above and beyond to help when a technical issue popped up on my arrival. While staying above a functioning bar/tavern may not be for everyone it was perfect for me. The tavern's staff and regulars welcomed me and I almost felt like a local by the time the week was done.

Super cosy cabin with enormous private plot of land leading down to the lake with its own private dock for swimming and launching the kayak or small row boat which are available for guests to use. Brand new life jackets can be found on the porch. Excellent WIFI and a really well equipped kitchen. Loved the outdoor shower after a swim in the lake.

Location was convenient to me as it was close to the Canadian border, quite, no distrurbance and the resturant is below. Fairly vibrant resturant with local crowd.
