Excellent staff, arrived almost 3 hrs late. Not an issue, staff were extremely helpful and understanding. Room was spotless with excellent facilities. Breakfast was very good and once again the staff ensured that what you needed was available. Will be staying there again in the next week.

Location of the hotel was great for our trip explorations in the TriCity area …. Staff was very professional and accommodating…they were able to change rooms when we checked in to a suite which served our needs better.

Hats off to the culinary staff. I enjoyed how tasty the breakfast items were, especially the eggs and grits. I rate the foods I ate an A+. Not to overlook the remaining staff, friendly and knowledgeable about Durham. One more thing, the landscaping behind, and alongside the hotel, and the pool, all made for a restful and enjoyable stay. This NCCU Eagle was very impressed.
