Hotel, staff, room, facilities, location. Everything was perfect. Even the 9 bucks for parking was reasonable. Bed was super comfy and the shower was excellent. Bang in the middle of downtown Roanoke so close to everything. Staff were incredibly nice. Hotel itself was very classy, very unique. I highly recommend the transport museum round the corner if you're into that kind of thing. I could have stayed there all day.

We were travelling south and stopped in Roanoke going and returning. This hotel is a gem. New, fresh and clean with an awesome complimentary breakfast. Ample parking and close to a good selection of restaurants both close by and in town.
