United KingdomMy room was clean and tidy on arrival and the team were accommodating and helpful when I explained that I needed to reduce my stay from 2x nights to just 1x. I was there on a Friday so got to enjoy some live music on the ‘Back Porch’ and everyone that I spoke to and interacted were very friendly.
