Spacious and clean room. Front desk, valet parking and breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful. We didn’t visit the happy hour because our short stay. Breakfast was included and next level! Really a 10+ and the best we had have in the USA so far. Beautiful river view and next to Old Town. Awesome stay!

We originally booked this hotel for the convenience of location to what we were in town for which was good enough but to our suprise it was such an awesome stay! The staff were so amazing! They were friendly and helpful anytime we had any questions, they were attentive and gave awesome recommendations when asked. We felt very safe on the property. The bed was super comfy and the room was very clean!

Our family arrived a bit earlier than expected and than the checking time in Sacramento but the team had our room already prepared and that was fantastic, specially since Sacramento welcomed us with 29 degrees celsius while we had woken up at 1 degree that morning, it was nice to be able to get changed and explore the city with a proper outfor for the weather. The room had all we need and more, we were not aware of how well equipped are these rooms in the Hyatt House.
