Cleveland is beautiful and there are plenty of things to do...
Cleveland is beautiful and there are plenty of things to do but the staff their overall was not the greatest. Had to call two times to get towels delivered after waiting almost 30 minutes. And the lady who checked me in wasn't personable at all until I told her we had to put our dog down that day. It almost seemed like she was mad that I showed up. Honestly I don't think I would recommend this to a friend unless I get compensated for all the amenities that we're not available which were advertised. My clock being off by 1 hour made us miss the pool and I was told that room service will not be available because they were two booked. Both of those were very disappointing since I booked this room to make the night easy for my wife cuz we just had our dog put down. I feel I should be compensated if I were to ever consider returning.Guest review byFrank - 10.0
A city on the rebound.
A city on the rebound. Cleveland has much to offer, you just have to look for it! There is growth going on and the locals are doing everything possible to make it a destination city. We stayed over to see a concert.
We stayed over to see a concert. (Airborne Toxic Event) was sooo good. Most Do's: The next day went to West Side Market Great Lake Science Center The Arcade, not much there but the Architect was out of this world. There is so much more to do like zoo, Rock n Roll Hall of Frame, football game, Botanical Garden, Tour oof A Christmas Story House, we did see the steamship of William G.
