The breakfast was delicious and the pool facilities were outstanding. Room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, they even brought up a pack n play as we had our daughter with us. Over all a great experience and I will be returning in the future.

    the visit was fine until i found a 250-dollar charge to my credit card from the hotel. I called to question the charge and the snotty front desk girl said, "you were smoking pot in your room, a manager confirmed it." EXCUSE ME! THATS A HARD NO! I was told a manager would call me back same day, never got a call back, I called after returning home, and the new front desk person who was much better with her customer service skills and was very helpful. she contacted the manager while i was on the phone with her so she could get call back instructions for the following day.
