We LOVED the ranch!! Originally we were just looking for a place to stay one night on our way to Denver, but the place has so much more to offer! The little house is furnished with a complete kitchen, it is clean and cozy, so we had a comfortable stay. Jean welcomed us and offered to take us in her truck to see her ranch, a family business that has been in her family for five generations. She told us so many interesting things about her land, her animals and the fossils that can be found there and our kids got to pet the horses, dogs and help with the chicken. We sat outside on a nice bench and enjoyed the most beautiful sunset on this amazing piece of land. This place is so much better than any standard chain hotel. If you’re looking for more than just an accomodation or if you have kids, I highly recommend staying there!!
