Room was very clean! My number one priority! Bed was comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful. Being right on Rte 9 it is somewhat noisy. On the other hand easy to get everywhere.

absolutely everything! from the well appointed luxury king suite to breakfast and staff. everything was perfect! and manager Grace is such a beautiful and bubbly host. we will definitely be staying there on our next trip to the US. this is definitely the best hotel we’ve stayed at during our first 5 weeks of an 8 week road trip. this hotel will be very hard to beat!

A beautiful Victorian Bed and Breakfast with a large front porch to sit and relax. The location is on a quiet tree-lined street on a beautiful lake where there was a quaint seating area complete with ducks and other wildlife. It is a short walk to the beach and a boardwalk. A beautiful continental breakfast was provided each morning. I would definitely go again.
