Very friendly staff, we accidentally ended up checking out 30mins late and the manager was really chill about it. Didn't make it to the breakfast but it looked like quite a spread during check-in, although I don't recall breakfast being advertised. Room was nice and big, everything in it that you need (toiletries, TV, desk, functioning aircon, microwave, fridge, coffee machine). No bed bugs on inspection - they have the metal bedframe and mattress zipper covers to prevent this, very important and major+. Location good for visiting the nearby grotto, very quiet little town, trees with lots of birds on the property (nice and tranquil). Would stay again.

    The staff was very helpful especially Heidi. She went the extra mile to help us have a great time. There were 2 groups of us and we got rooms next to each other as requested. The breakfast and spa were awesome.
