We were on way back from North Woods Wisconsin trip and were planning visit to Great Grandparents gravesite next morning in Rockwell City. Hotel worked out perfect for this purpose for myself and sister in our 60's. Pool room spa was plus at perfect temp. Too many are kept too cold to be a benefit. Beautiful well kept pool room. Fort Dodge isn't really a destination city, but if you are staying here, there are some nice places to eat. The mall is under construction, so shopping is limited compared to usual. There is a nice place for family fun called Fort Frenzy and if you are here in the summer there is a nice place for swimming called Rosedale Rapids Aquatic Center.Guest review byRobert

You would have to travel far from the hotel to reach the markets! The place was dirty and so small.
