The location was great, the breakfast was ok if you eat sausage and pancakes. Need more options could offer instant grits just like the oatmeal. Fruitloop cereal change the breakfast up daily. Great shopping areas near the hotel

Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms spacious and clean, comfortable bed. Large TV with smart TV including Netflix. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Airport shuttle service was very convinient. Free car parking if you stay in the hotel.

The woman at the front desk was wonderful. Her customer service was impeccable. She was kind and helpful and really helped to make her stay at 10 out of 10 Also, the breakfast was amazing! So many options, and really fresh. The room was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

Absolutely loved how the large TV separated the bedroom from the lounge area and I could spin it around depending on where I was sitting. Bathroom was big and yet cozy. Plenty of space to put clothes in the walk-through robe. Good kitchenette.. close to the airport.

    Save your money and don't come here that's all I can say for now. Very disappointed I wish I didn't booked this hotel at all! A very bad experience. 10 thumbs 👎. Very dirty still in the 90's era.

    The room was supposed to be a none smoking room, however,...

    The room was supposed to be a none smoking room, however, the room reeked of cigarette smell which made it hard to breath. The room was very stuffy even with the AC unit going. The beds were hard, pillows were flat, which made for a very uncomfortable and sleepless night. Asked for additional pillows and was told they did not have any and was giving a blanket to use as a pillow instead.

    Disappointing. Will not return. No breakfast service. Empty rum bottle in room. Breakfast muffin under bed. Two washcloths; one was wet, re-folded and returned to caddy on counter. Unfriendly desk staff.

    I reserved 2 days early and get there greeted with a frown...

    I reserved 2 days early and get there greeted with a frown and place in a disgusting occupied room, urine and feces in toilet nasty men underwear on floor and just yuck . It took 1 1/2 hr to be placed in a room afterwards. Yes I was fully refunded but would have fathered been met with a smile and a clean ready room. Never ever ever will book with Extended Stay anywhere in this world or life.
