What I DIDNT like was YOUR description of my room being completely fake and not even an option at the hotel. Under the room description and room amenities you had listed a hot tub IN THE ROOM. I send a message confirming this was true and somebody from BOOKING.COM responded that the room did intact have a hot tub and that is what I was paying $240 for. Upon arrival there was no such room at this property. NO rooms had hot tubs there!

It was clean, we had the ground floor room with direct access to the pool via the room terrace. Most we liked the friendly and client centric mindset and behavior of the reception employee named Ahmed. He was excellent in taking care of us and helping with our requirements.

    The hotel was conveniently located- we could walk to the beach or to nearby restaurants. Parking under the hotel was a nice perk. Busy highway out front. They were doing some repaving (@4am!), which was terrible- the whole hotel shook. Not the hotel’s fault though. Great coffee in the lobby. Meh breakfast (pancakes and pre-packaged stuff). The weather was wet and chilly when we were there, so that wasn’t great, but if it had been good weather and we had had more time, it would have been great. Basic room- no frills, but a good place for a night or two.

    Henrys restaurant service and food was great.

    Henrys restaurant service and food was great. A nice experience. Room was corner balcony facing the ocean and overlooking the pool. Great. Very nice environment. Two pools. One for families and one quiet. Staff very accomidating and pleasant and professional. Beach across stet. easy to get to. A few blocks away was downton with a very "Surf city" feel. Lots of restaurants near by as well as shopping.

    We love Huntington Beach and the location of the property...

    We love Huntington Beach and the location of the property was perfect and convenient we were close to the beach and all the shopping in the area we were also close to the freeway so we can hop on and go north or south and visit family in each direction.

    Hotel is in a good location and walkable to beach, restaurants, shopping and the pier. But hotel was run down and needs a major update & upgrade. Front desk was not responsive to report of noisy guests next to us.

    Compared to the rest of Southern California, it was pleasant. I noticed the cleanliness, no graffiti, and the traffic flowed well. There was adequate choices of shopping and restaurants. Nice and pleasant over all. It wasn't infested with gangs like the rest of the state is. OOPS, I forgot, that is who runs that state!

    The receptionist was friendly and efficient, it’s in a good prime position but Needs serious work to make it decent ( clean and in good repair) Very dated and dirty - pool was closed by authorities only a week ago because of this Sofa in the room was disgustingly dirty and the carpet was filthy The hairdryer did work it only if you held a button in the whole time ( almost impossible to use) my husband had to press in the button while I dried my hair ! 2 nights here was way too long Being charged $30 to park was poor too and of our 6 week trip this is the only place we paid to park in the grounds
