Close to Beach and equipment was available to use. Also only a short walk to restaurants. The apartment was spacious and gave us plenty of room for 4 adults. It was a wonderful place for the end of our holiday. Could have stayed longer.

It was my my second stay, that counts for something! First thing I did after getting to the room was opening the window to the balcony with a view on the beach, and OMG what a view! The beach waves are the loudest I ever heard, and it's the most relaxing sound in the world. I wake up looking straight to the ocean every day before moving my head by an inch. The room and bathroom are very clean, well equipped, nice relaxing design. Desk service was very accommodating, and the location is just perfect. Very quiet

Everything- staff brilliant, hotel is spotless, breakfast amazing. Pool area nice and well kept, facing shops and good road network location. Modern gym room and equipment. Rooms are huge and beds are super comfy. Highly recommend this place.

This hotel is located in US-1 (Indian River) and is very convenient to get around to the historical downtown and A1A. The hotel has a giant refrigerator. Also, there was a big dresser with drawers to put luggage in. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable too, with free parking.

    If you want a laid back oceanfront stay, this is a great place. Hard to find this type of spot on the Florida coasts anymore. If you are looking for a ton of commercialism and the spring break vibe this might not be for you. However many restaurants and businesses can be found a short drive north, south or west.

    Nice little condo on the Space Coast.

    Nice little condo on the Space Coast. Down the street is a smaller beach park with free parking. It's walkable, but we drove with the chairs/umbrellas/cooler, so it's nice that it was free. Plenty of room in the two bedrooms, decent size family room/dining space. The kitchen was small and things were pretty basic so we used it for pretty basic cooking (pasta). Great to have a laundry room, but do wish they had a quarter machine. Pool was pretty small and it was early March so we didn't try it. The lights around the complex are crazy bright (looks like daytime in the middle of the night), so that was a bit weird. Fortunately the curtains and blinds in the bedrooms blocked out most of it. The Kennedy Space Center was about 40 minutes away, not a bad drive at all. Overall, a very nice stay for spring break!

    Comfortable home. Great location. Walk to beaches. Great restaurants/bars, live music and all your needs for stores, groceries etc...all very close. Nice pool right outside back patio. BB's Beach bar, expensive but great beach views for drinks or dinner. Over the causeway into Melbourne The Cottage Irish pub an authentic irish pub indoor or outdoor seating. Meg O'Malley another great Irish place with fabulous food, very traditional. Squid Lips. Good music, food , happy hours and views on the river. Backwater Cafe. Breakfast & Lunch only, closes at 2:00 pm. Fun place for all ages. Some tables have a grill insert for cooking your own pancakes.

    Beautiful view of the sunrise! The water was warm. The beach was active. It was sea turtle laying season- was very neat to sea the sea turtle tracks in the mornings. Restaurants, shopping and Cocoa beach not too far away.
