The staffs were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean (hand sanitizer was provided), there were quite a lot of options for breakfast, the lobby and dining area are clean and well maintained, there are coffee and tea available 24/7 for guests in the lobby, and location is close to St Paul without all the busy traffic.

Everything was perfect. The accomodation has been designed with, love, care and attention to detail. So many wonderful, thoughtful touches. We had the most delicious lunch on arrival after a long hard bike ride on the Camino Primitivo. This wonderful family run place is really special. We loved everything about it. Thank you so much.

I needed a hotel close to the airport, and the hotel is just a few minutes away. There was someone at the reception when I checked in late, and checked out early. The room had a kitchen, but I didn't use it.

    This hotel was just fine except for the inconsistent...

    This hotel was just fine except for the inconsistent customer service. It's not very convenient to say there if you are going to concerts at Xcel since they won't use the shuttle bus to drive to concerts. And if you have a very early flight say at 6:30am, the shuttle isn't running yet.

    The place was fair. The staff was ok.

    The place was fair. The staff was ok. They did helped me when I had a problem using the remote. The room was roomy and the bed was comfortable. But the room I got smelled of cigarette smoke, and I asked for a non smoking room. They did not accommodate my request to change room. Plus, finding places to eat was a quite a distance. One must have a car to go to those places.

    Truthful there was nothing to like.

    Truthful there was nothing to like. The staff did not care or try to fix problems! There was no breakfast! The website said there was free breakfast and there was only yucky juice and coffee from a machine. One main reason I booked this hotel is because it had a 2 burner stove, microwave and refrigerator was to make meals here and save time and money. Turns out I had to travel with pots and pans, silverware and plates! Nothing in the website said that I needed to do that! This is the first time that the facility didn't have supplies to use the kitchen area. When we arrived the toilet seat was loose, smoke detector was hanging off the wall, and the handles on the dresser where loose, the tub was plugged up and the light and charge station did not work. When I talked to the staff about the issues they said they would be fixed and didn't seem to care about the issues. When they fixed the plugged up tub they left a bag full of hair and gunk on the sink! The charge station and lights never got fixed! They told me to go and check the brakers! Also could not get housekeeping to empty the trash, get fresh towels or anything! I have had better hospitality and care getting a sandwich at a little cafe then this hotel! Save yourself the trouble and dont stay here!

    Airport shuttle pickup was great, and they also shuttled me to Mall of America. The pool and sauna was cool. Liked that Applebees is in the parking lot, and that the hotel is close proximity to the Xcel Center (which was the whole point of the trip so I could see Billie Eilish in concert 😁)

    It would've kept me dry if it rained, and warm if it got cold. About all I was after. There's nothing wrong with the place. It was clean and quiet. It's characterless, but comfortable enough. Just another bland hotel near a major highway.
