It was so clean and tidy. Nice ice machine. The housekeeping ladies were so wonderful and the man on the day we checked out so helpful and lovely. Let us keep our suitcases and stuff behind so we could go get food and shop. It was just my five year old and I so having everyone be so kind and helpful really meant a lot. Also buffet breakfast was epic! Also saw a deer, so cool. Walking distance to shopping centre and heaps of food places.

    As a couple, we had a nice time.

    As a couple, we had a nice time. The hotel is excellently managed with friendly, courteous staff. The room was neat. We cooked our own meals with a supplied modern kitchen utensil. The hotel is highly recommended to other travelers visiting Laurel city or in transit.

    In the periphery of Washington D.C.

    In the periphery of Washington D.C. Jessup is a fine place to stay. I was able to locate a local park with trail access. However I did have trouble navigating the area as many streets also were highways and had highway numbers associated with them.

    The front office staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything needed for our stay in it. The proximity to restaurants stores gas stations and access to the freeways from this location was excellent. Nothing was out of reach!

    Called hotel to confirm reservation and was told that we...

    Called hotel to confirm reservation and was told that we didn't have anything under our name which caused us to book through this site. Found out when we arrived at the hotel that we had two reservations and they would not do anything for us. Staff rude and unhelpful. Key cards did not work every day which caused multiple trips to the front desk. Elevator did not work and had to climb 4 flights of stairs. Carpet was wet and musty smelling outside room. Would not recommend.

    Jessop to me is just close to the airport at an affordable price almost. When they take everything away then the rate per night should drop. Not far from mall. Jessop is just a place to sleep and get up and leave out.

    I now knew what to expect with regards to Red Roof Inn...

    I now knew what to expect with regards to Red Roof Inn accommodation. And so yes, I revisited this particular inn again. The staff was different to the ones I previously encountered and they were both amazingly welcoming. The room was nice but there was no refrigerator or kettle as there was in my previous stay there.

    I stayed in this hotel 2 years ago it was old, dirty and had a bad smell, but now I was impressed because the hotel is completely renovated, new bath, sink, new towels, shower curtain, so clean. If you read reviews, then look only at the new ones (2024) because the hotel is renovated. Perfect value for money. Super friendly staff.
