After 1st night of a 5 day stay management checked me out...
After 1st night of a 5 day stay management checked me out and took items from the room. Had to get new keys made and have items searched for and returned. When I checked out I was told I wasn't a registered guest and could not get a receipt. As a rewards member could get no credit for my stay. Will not stay there again.Guest review byDavid - 2.0

The staff was OK, but there was nothing else about this property that was acceptable. The tub/shower was filthy, the toilet seat lid was broken off, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the room was not clean. My experience was not close to the reviews I read online. I based my selection of this property on the other reviews and that was a mistake. I have used booking.com many, many times in the US and Europe and this is the worst experience I have ever had.Guest review byDonn L TurnerUnited States
