I instantly felt calm as I walked in the lobby to check in. After a nightmare VRBO rental left us nowhere to go I scrambled to find reasonable accommodations for my family during the bike rally we were attending. This was the first, affordable lodging we found and I was so grateful. I don't remember the name of the very polite young man who checked us in but he made a world of difference in our Maggie Valley stay. He's very knowledgeable and extremely compassionate as I was still upset from the earlier part of my day. I would 10/10 stay here again. We got to our room and it was beyond everything that we expected. It was very clean comfortable and spacious. We couldn't believe we had such a nice room and it was so quiet. The lake is so beautiful here as well, it is definitely a peaceful stroll to see God's work. You'll make a great choice to stay here.

The room was very spacious and had a nice-sized fridge, table and chairs, and microwave, and has been renovated. It was immaculate. I spoke with the owners twice and both of them were extremely nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the beds were very comfortable.

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE REALLY WORRIED THAT WE WOULD HEAR THE CARS ON THE HIGHWAY BUT, WE NEVER HEARD NOT ONE VEHICLE. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND COZY. WE HAD A ROOM WITH A HOT TUB IT WAS WONDERFUL AS WELL. WE KNOW WHERE WE ARE GOING TO STAY EVERY TIME WE HEAD TOV JUNALUSKA LAKE. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!

    Hotel was a great location.

    Hotel was a great location. We were skiing at Cataloochee, and this was a wonderful place to stay. About 10 mins from Maggie Valley, 20 mins from the ski resort, just a few minutes from Waynesville where you can find pretty much anything you need. It's really pretty, lots of birdlife nearby (swans, Bald Eagles). This would be a great hotel for summer when all of the outdoor activities are available. Lots of great restaurants in Waynesville (Frog Level Brewing, Haywoods BBQ) and some gems in Maggie Valley- Brickhouse Burgers & Pizza, Caffeine & Chaos.

    It was a very peaceful place, the location was great.

    It was a very peaceful place, the location was great. I loved walking 2 miles around the beautiful lake. Beautiful history, shops and the homes surrounding the lake makes me want to move there. A few miles away is the historic downtown with many shops and restaurants. The hotel was nice but the room I was in was dated, customer was top notch.

    It is a wonderful place to escape your busy life and just relax. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The accommodations are top notch. But do know that it is a retreat facility so you do not get maid service, but you can get everything that you need during your stay.

    Staff was very congenial and helpful. Free coffee in lobby area was appreciated. Check in at the welcome center, some distance from hotel, was an inconvenoence. We did appreciate that our room was ready for early checkin hours before published time.

    Beautiful lake. Strongly recommended. We drove around the Lake & did some walking along boardwalk & bridges. Very refreshing. Conveniently located. Strongly recommended. Do not miss the Gift Shop & Breakfast - Excellent.

    Serene, peaceful, lovely are a few adjectives to describe Lake Junaluska. Lambuth Inn fits the adjectives, too. Our stay was lovely with helpful, friendly personnel. Amy, especially, went out of her way to make our stay memorable!
