We stayed for my son's birthday weekend. I did a small decorating in a room and the young man upfront helped me with supplies I needed. He was so sweet and willing to help! And it ended up being such a sweet surprise for my son with just a small act. Thankyou for making our stay wonderful.

This past weekend I booked a room for me and my boyfriend and we were disappointed when trying to take a shower the water power was not there and when it came on it got everywhere, we requested for a spa bath didn’t get that, there was a conference going on so the quiet get away wasn’t so quiet

    It doesn't matter about writing a review. All she do is turn around. And say oh, we're sorry and you don't do a d*** thing. When you've inconvenienced me in a huge way. That hotel was the dirtiest hotel. I've ever walked into. It was not vacuumed for days. The bath tub was filthy. The bed had c*** all in the sheets. It was disgusting. I'm in a contact the health department. Since you're not doing anything to replace the pain and suffering. I did sleeping in my car and being inconvenienced without any care from this place.

    The room had a strong chemical smell.

    The room had a strong chemical smell. The GM indicated three other rooms had similar complaints. The GM assisted in finding a room at a different hotel and indicated he would refund the room once we emailed the receipt from the new hotel. He lied. We have followed up for two months and no refund has been posted. DO NOT book at this location.

    They have 24/7 staff which makes it easy to check in if you are coming in late. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. They made you feel at home and not like you were bothering them if you had a question or a concern. I would book there anytime I was in Lewisville. The hotel was near everythinng from stores to restaurants and all in between.

    It could have been better if I had not come there.

    It could have been better if I had not come there. I'm 62 ( senior)and allergic to dogs . I'm from Chicago and really didn't know what I was doing and was getting the help fr a VERY nice budget car rental manager. (Unlike your manager.) She book it for on booking .com and I didn't know it was sooooo far fr the airport. I ask If I could cancel or move my reservation to the same hotel but closer. ( really early meeting) And was told it's up to the manager and he said NO, HOW RUDE. Also I'm have allergies to dogs. It was dog all over the lobby on the furniture and walking all a lone . A small dog was almost attacked by a huge dog that look like a cow. Too much I didn't not check in and left went to another TRU and had a excellent experience excellent. Ps. The booking agent begged your manager to assist too no aveal. I think that is soooooooo mean. They need to be in another field. Thank you Wendy I will NEVER BE BACK

    There are no significant attractions (that I'm aware of) in...

    There are no significant attractions (that I'm aware of) in Lewisville itself, but the location makes it a winner because of the proximity to everything else on the north side between Dallas and Ft Worth (especially the airport). I will be staying in Lewisville at least two more times this year and the location (and proximity to DFW) is the main reason for the choice.

    Family visits are always fun and having hotel rooms for our 3 adults and 2 children enabled our local family to keep their home life comfortable without trying to accommodate too many people in the house. The hotel was nice and we'll stay there again!
