Used to have bars and restaurants and things to do. Now only a Mexican food place (one step up from fast food), a family restaurant that closes early, and one liquor store. Skip this town and stay in Deming.Guest review byAndrew - 4.0

I like that the restaurant next door delivered but does close early. The area seemed safe to me. The room was clean and large. I will be staying there again this month. The hotel was great. Hampton Inn. There is a large truck stop (is it Loves Truck Stop? I can't remember) and a Denny's there. I remember going through and stopping to eat at the Denny's in June 2020 when I drove to see my dad in Texas. I stopped at the same location on my way back to CA in Nov 2021. I only stopped for gas and the bathroom. That's what I love about NM and Arizona. Women can stop in any gas station and go pee, because their are LARGE RESTROOM signs all over... unlike Southern California. We can't pee anywhere expect outside! Lordsburg really made me rethink NM. I'm impressed with the busiensses here.Guest review bySandra

The room was big and they provided trolleys to ferry your luggage up to your room. The breakfast was very good and there was a friendly chap who made sure supplies were topped up.
