Breakfast was WOW! Karin adapted her culinary delights to accommodate my lactose intolerance. She was also a delightful host and very knowledgeable about Canandaigua. Our bed was super comfortable.

    Staff was friendly and it fit the bill on price for a place just to crash for the night. Located close to a couple of fast food restaurants. But they need to do a little maintenance on the place. I would stay again but would insist on better room.

    Staff was helpful and friendly.

    Staff was helpful and friendly. He was going to put us next to the family with kids ( they were outside hanging out) and we requested a different room away from them as we were very tired and needed quiet. The room was over all clean and bed was comfortable enough. I had trouble figuring out the air conditioner and tried to use the room phone which was not working. I used my cell to call the number on the phone and got a different hotel in OHIO! Staff came right away. 5 stars for the staff. 2 for the motel. The bathroom sink facet needs replacing due to sediment stopping the flow of water. Handle very loose. The flush of the toilet is very poor. 3 Flushes to ... you know... We have stayed in worse on this trip. For the price Id stay again.

    There was no breakfast. Although the room was clean, the bathtub was extremely slippery and I almost fell. There were no rubber bath mats. there was no grab bar to help you get out of the shower. This could be a big liability problem for the hotel.

    NOTHING!!! my reason for accepting to stay here (with making an excuse) is because I was 7hrs away from home and here was only the better one of 2 hotel/motel that had vacancied for the night.
