Front desk agent called me twice to ask if I we were still...
Front desk agent called me twice to ask if I we were still coming, why? When we did check in our room we booked, which was a king suite, was a double queen bed room. Now I see why the agent called me twice, because she gave my room away then they lied and said it wasn't in the system. The pool was dirty and closed they didn't tell us that. Then front desk called me the next morning asking when we were going to check out because it was check out time. Then they didn't apologize at ALL. We will never use this hotel again.
