Our view of Mesquite is entirely based at Casa Blanca. We actually leave our home in North Las Vegas to come here for a getaway and to use the spa. I think it’s a great little town seems to shut down pretty early at night. I was disappointed that café Rio said they were open until 10 PM. We walked in the door at 9:25 PM and there wasn’t a thing in their case and they told us they were closed. Under construction.
Under construction. Put in room with a good location for our dogs BUT, Could not use patio, debris, 1 chair, lift crane located in front of patio. Pool closed. There was no hot water. Coffee was out at breakfast and in the lobby. For $190 it was not as expected. We have stayed there in the past 6 or 7 times, before construction, it was much less expensive and obviously a better experience. We haven't been anywhere since Covid and much longer for a trip to Mesquite. I realize changes were made due to Covid restrictions, but our stay wasn't as expected. We play 3 Card poker. There were a few changes to the game that were OK. Eureka didn't offer the game which took us away from their casino.
