Well... I am a pure vegetarian and there are no exceptional items at breakfast spread for vegetarians like me. Fruits and sometimes potatoes were the only options for me as I don't eat egg or meat. The lady in-charge of the breakfast was extremely polite and happy to help me find <no-meat, no-egg> options. It's heartening to see such care for the guests. The dinner often has delectable rajma and salads options which I thoroughly savoured. Also, I don't think most hotels even provide a complementary dinner like this one does. Milpitas square is at a walkable distance and offers options for Indian food. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property is commendable. They provide fully functional kitchenette and utensils as well which really is a life saviour for a vegetarian like me. It is the second time that I chose Staybridge suites and as always it exceeded all expectations. Would definitely choose it again and recommend it to all.

    Room number 306 had blood spots in the shower! The second room I got moved to smelled like smoke! Anita at the front desk said she was going to let the GM know! Who knows if she did! I still haven’t heard back nothing I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

    Small town on the edge of the Bay Area.

    Small town on the edge of the Bay Area. Has nice things for people who live there. If you are not from Milpitas, then the only good reason to stay overnight there is if they put you in Santa Clara County Jail. It is in Milpitas.

    We stayed there because we had reservations at the WInchester House. It was the closest and most reasonable hotel, even though it was about 9 miles away. We LOVED THE SHOPPING AREA right across the street and made several purchases at Grocery Outlet and other stores. The breakfast is a bagged take-away which was adequate. There is also a microwave and frig in the room which is convenient. Free parking is an added bonus since many places now charge for parking.

    What I booked and paid for was not at all what I got I'm booking.com the room was advertised as a 2 bedroom with two kings and that's not at all what I thought I got a room one room completely open floor plan I like my privacy and I paid for the extra size room and that's not what I got. I did call the lobby and they told me that all the rooms were like that that it was a suite hotel. I booked the room for 2 days and on that first day a woman approached me at the pool and asked me what my room number was because her manager said that unauthorized people were using the pool. This places want cheap ace i did pay! There was no blow dryer no Q-tips no shower cap no body wash none of those little things I didn't think they mattered but they do their grab-and-go breakfast was a Danish and a banana I'm very upset I want my money back to the first time in like 40 hotels that I've rented through booking that I've ever wanted my money back but I just feel so cheated by these people after I booked it online I had received a text message from them saying that they were doing contactless y things and for me to go ahead and fill out in my information and that way Once I arrived everything would be contactless but it was all for nothing because when I got there there was no other way but to go to the front desk and the woman asked me for all my information took my credit card it wasnt contactless at all I don't know why they sent me a text message trying to get information from me but It felt cheated.
