Where should I even start? We checked in there, mostly because of the chaos I caused and the fact I booked the wrong hotel and had to find another place to stay immediately. Rosemount Motel happened to have an available room on the same day at 5 pm. From the moment we stepped into the place, my fiance and I adored it! The music playing in the lobby gave off a very nostalgic vibe, as the flower pattern curtains, and the PC placed by the window with internet access at a certain time, made us feel like we were kids again. The staff - a nice lady behind the counter - made us feel welcome and made sure we knew everything there was to know about state parks and caverns we wanted to see. The view of the cemetery from the office window gave another impression we loved. All these things together gave a Twin Peaks-like impression, we fell in love with it instantly. Our room was clean, there was everything we needed while staying the night. We regretted we had to leave the next morning. The rooms have AC, the wifi works well. There is free parking, so we could park at the doors of our room. And what is important - the price. The room was super cheap and it exceeded our expectations.
