It was very clean and the staff were super nice. The pool was closed most of the day on Friday bc they had put chemicals in earlier in the morning but later in the evening we asked when it would be open bc my son wanted to swim. The guy at the front desk stated that he could open it for us bc enough time had passed and we were very grateful for that. Also the ladies who were doing the breakfast were excellent and the food selection was very good compared to another hotel we usually stay at

This is an older property but very clean and easily accessible. Breakfast was great with many options and the room was very comfortable and clean. The cost was very reasonable and we’d stay again.

The Hotel was extremely clean and seems to have been quite recently refurbished. The front desk staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful when we could not get our TV remote to work and they resolved our issue quickly and easily. Our room was great and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for us and breakfast was nice too. Really happy with our whole stay and would highly recommend to all.

    Didn't have time to check it out. Would love to spend more time in Monroe NC area next chance I get. The few people I interacted with were very pleasant.The gentleman that was on duty when I checked out of the Fairfield Inn was so nice and very helpful, I hope his supervisors know this.These days it seems very far n few between that we get the customer service that we should all demand,RESPECT,KINDNESS HELPFUL,AND Pleasant NO MATTER THE DAY WE MAY BE HAVING,That's HOW I FEEL GOD Wants me to treat others, I only wish more could feel or at least do the same!!! KJT

    We’ve stayed here several times pre Covid and was happy with...

    We’ve stayed here several times pre Covid and was happy with our stay but the place has gone downhill. Three nights when we returned to our room the keycard was deactivated and twice we had to walk around the building in the storm to have it reactivated. Totally disappointed and will never go back.

    Hotel was "sparkling" clean..the Desk Staff were all very engaging and efficient, and genuinely interested in our comfort and satisfaction. The modest breakfast was included and offered a reasonable array of options - mostly convenience. Additionally, there is an outdoor gas fire pit, for guests to use while enjoying the crisp winter weather. Nice touch. This is the place where the "value is greater than the price." and the price is very reasonable. We will retun, without doubt.

    The hotel and staff was great it's just that priceline change their taxes and fees and I didn't know and the management told me about it. I have a broken ankle so they help me alot it's great. So the manager said priceline over charged me for my 2nd week. Andale I had to do was hop my tell to the front and saved $55.so call the hotel before you go online....
