The beds were super comfy, room clean and spacious, pool was big and clean and the staff were always very helpful even late at night when our key wasn’t working. Especially Maddie!! Also complimentary breakfast!

The James was spectacular so were the owners - great hospitality, friendly and very professional with family atmosphere. This butique hotel has been perfectly designed, which creates unique atmosphere. We have travelled a lot around the world and James is the place you want to stay in. Once on spot you get all you need to short walk to beatiful Bradley Beach. Great places to eat seafood and wine nearby. The neibourhood is very queit. Parking place on spot without fee is additional asset. This place is highly recommended!

    This is a :on a highway type of hotel! its ok for one night!

    This is a :on a highway type of hotel! its ok for one night! the area is under construction and it is far from the beach. The bedding is terrible and there was a stain on the sheets of one of the beds. We ended up not using it. it is definitely not worth the price we paid !! I do not recommend this hotel.

    The hotel was awesome, everything good, clean, location very good just the climate system noisy and the pool have so much bleached, But breakfast was awesome ( there was 5 different fruits, pankek, cinnamon rolls, boiled eggs, omlet etc, breakfast really awesome

    I expect a refund! Requested a quiet room, tub, 1 pm check in Nothing was granted Moved me 3 times each day i was there, Room 1, day 1 screaming kid next door Room 2 tub did not work Room 3 tv and coffee maker did not work What did i pay for????? It was my birthday weekend and i am a cancer patient Very rude mgr Isadora, hung up on me 2 times I classified this as a DUMP And i am a IHG member, this how i was treated I have never complained before I absolutely feel the good reviews on this hotel are fraudulant! Please get me at least a one night refund totalling $139.00 plus tax Most sincerely Ms Gan

    I love the location, clean environment, breakfast was the best, nice and polite workers, free coffee and water for customers, hallways are clean excellent smell. The elevator was clean!!! I had a perfect stay and was able to work from the lounge! I would definitely visit again. Front desk were polite and helpful.

    The place was great. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel. But hey, pay motel rates get motel rooms. Our two rooms were clean, the AC worked great. Housekeeping was super friendly. The pool was awesome and clean. The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location wise it was perfect. Close enough to the beach.

    Breakfast was very good, I really enjoyed it, but was surprised that there were no fruit juices offered. Otherwise, the selection was great. The hotel was easy to access from the highway (and to re-enter the highway when leaving) and the staff were all very friendly.
