Location is perfect: 5 mins walk to beach and pier, restaurants in short walking distance. Free parking - always found a spot, very close ro room. Our oom was cozy and absolutely clean, bathroom as well. It was perfectly prepared, we found anything we needed including tee and coffee. The weather was chilly, good that the room heater worked perfectly. Our host, John, cared for us like a mother. He kept asking if he can do us a favor, he gave good recommendations for breakfast and dinner restaurants, he even knew every golf course in the area. Whenever we'll come back to Pismo Beach we will stay here again - highly recommendable.

The reception staff were excellent both on check in and check out, even advising us that if we were quick we could make it to the pier for sunset, which was one of the most amazing things my wife and I have seen. It was clean and tidy and the room had perfect views of the pier and the beach. The location was perfect as we could walk to the pier in a matter of minutes and it was right in the middle of a handful of bars and restaurants. A room upgrade for our honeymoon was a lovely touch, as was the décor in the lobby and the free tea/coffee at anytime. The adjoining café for breakfast was also brilliant.

    Pismo Beach is a lovely small beach town.

    Pismo Beach is a lovely small beach town. It retains the quaint oceanfront vibe without being overly populated. Just as some of the signs and one of the stores says...Not LA, not the Bay Area. It's just a nice location to relax, wander, and enjoy the beach views. Also, can't recommend the Cool Cat Cafe more for their good food and AMAZING milkshakes!!!

    The Beach has powder soft sand that my feet loves.

    The Beach has powder soft sand that my feet loves. This trip the Beach at the end of Main st. the Beach Stunck, first time ever for me, but it was really bad. Whether was Beautiful even the Evening was nice sitting outside. If you bring a pooch with make sure to bring your poop ooh bags. Some places are high but It's not too hard to find good prices around the pier. CoolCat Cafe has good food 😋

    Great time under the sun.

    Great time under the sun. They allow cars on the beach making it easier to unload and load the car of our chairs, equipment and food supplies. There were vehicles up and down the beach patrolling ensuring everyone's safety and there were Buggie rentals right down the street for a more thrilling day. The restrooms were nearby and clean. Our area was clean and free of too much Debree. The sand, sun, and water were perfect.

    The pool was really small, so it got crowded quickly.

    The pool was really small, so it got crowded quickly. Firepits were nice, but were quickly occupied. Beach was close, but a lot of stairs, not friendly to families with kids or older adults. Breakfast was good. Brew and Blast was a good restaurant within walking distance. This was a saving grace.

    We love the accommodations.

    We love the accommodations. Never had to move our car once we got there. Food is excellent at the hotel and many options downtown also. The place we stayed also had beach chairs for our convivence.

    Cute town with so many fabulous restaurants.

    Cute town with so many fabulous restaurants. Seafood eating delight. Ventana Grill was excellent and walking distance from the hotel. Ada's Fish House was great also. Zorros Mexican food chile verde was very authentic.

    Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location, right on Pismo Beach. We booked a room with a hot tub and partial sea view. The room was a good size, beautifully presented and had a cosy fire. We ate at the restaurant which was excellent. The hotel doesn’t do breakfast in the restaurant as such, but you can order it via room service. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming.
