The hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of Westfield and very close to the train station. It is an excellent place to stay without a car. The breakfasts were good and staff member Wendy was unfailingly cheerful early in the morning or late in the day when on reception. Other members of staff on reception were outstandingly helpful.

    She entered the room without permission sent me photos of my little brothers room he rented and texted me and said “He STANK!” And kicked him out after being there for 45 minutes. I will be seeking legal actions cause the proof is in the pudding
