Josh: I am short of words to express my gratitude to you while I was staying there. You are doing an out…stand…ing job! . Decor: quite zen style, very soothing and peaceful environment near the beach (2 blocks) . Weekdays Happy hour: it is a nice bonus! I stayed there for two weeks, I felt like at home.

I love the kitchenettes because I enjoy cooking my meals, so I don't usually have the breakfast but it looks great. The staff is particularly helpful and positive. The close location to Mayo Clinic is key for me. The free hourly shuttle is perfect and it's even close enough to walk, .8 miles.

    Amazing private beach. Love this area! The only downside is super noisy AC. It would also be nice to have curtains in the living room, but it seems to be a trend for oceanfront properties - nothing should obstruct the view.

    If you don't mind the odor, I bought a can of air freshener to mask the odor, also there is a narrow stair case, there is 1 tv unless you are proficient in Roku tv, you will struggle to watch tv, great a/c,comfortable bed, this apartment is located in a local neighnorhood.
