Breakfast was super. There was lots of choice and it was well presented. Kitchen and server staff kept it replenished and spotless. Reception staff were outstanding in providing an efficient, warm and friendly service - going above and beyond to look after us. Great hotel run by a super team.

    NOT A SAFE PLACE! Homeless laying outside rooms, asking for food or money. Left after 10 min. People came up & asked if they could have our room. No security guard. Felt very unsafe. Got the hell out of there!!!!!

    It was adorable.

    It was adorable. Nice hot shower, super comfy bed and easy to find and parking included. It was a short walk to the downtown and yet enough away to be quiet. As a solo traveler I felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

    As a town, Riverside has expanded enormously in the last 40...

    As a town, Riverside has expanded enormously in the last 40 years. Many good, reasonably priced restaurants on the west side of town. Freeways can be confusing. four of them come together! Be sure to have recently issued maps. Many Universities and Colleges nearby.

    I liked the location,

    I liked the location, But right from the start everything started bad when we pulled up to the house and there was a car in the driveway And the property manager said that belongs to the owner who lives in another country and it wasn't gonna be moved, so instead of 3 car parking it became 1 car parking because the owners car was in the way, after that we went inside the house which it was pretty nice inside but the biggest problem was, that out of 4 bedrooms, 3 did not have electricity and 2 of the bathrooms did not have electricity either, the rest of the family were very upset and so was i, we did not get enough toilet paper so we had to go to the store to buy more paper it was a disaster so basically we did not have a good time, it was really bad so i would never go back nor recommend it to friends or family, very bad experience with this place

    This hotel is great.

    This hotel is great. The staff and the owner were so accommodating. The gentlemen who run the valet parking were great and fast. The location of the hotel is great too; it's on the same side of the street and a block down from the Food Lab (an awesome food court) and the Game Lab (a giant arcade). I recommend use Lyft to get around the city but most places are in walking distance from the hotel. Downtown Riverside has a college town feel to it but it's still an urban city that you need to be cautious in. Overall, Downtown Riverside is a good time every time.

    Though the hotel provided a bed to sleep on, there amenities...

    Though the hotel provided a bed to sleep on, there amenities were less than adequate. We discovered during our stay that the room had cockroaches on top being given a blow dryer that didn’t work. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay considering we paid nearly 200 dollars to sleep for 5 hours and wish to gain compensation.
