Courtyard Marriott is the only Hotel I can actually fall asleep in. The Bedding is so Wonderful and bed so soft. I will never stay at any other Hotel chain no matter what state I travel to. This is definitely true due to my traveling alone, which is scary. I felt very secure.

    The zoo...half the exhibits are being renovated and animals missing. The sloth died and no memorial remembrance I saw 🥲 Pemberton Historical Park is beautiful. Shorebirds was cancelled due to thunderstorms. Denny's has decent nachos when you're hungry later. Cookout is AWESOME. (restaurant)

    The staff were friendly and efficient.

    The staff were friendly and efficient. Our room needed to be renovated. There were holes around vents and switch plates. The curtain was coming off it's rod. A lamp was missing on the left bedside table. The TV would not turn on or off by the remote.

    We were in town for an event at the Wicomico CIvil Center,...

    We were in town for an event at the Wicomico CIvil Center, at the house was perfect for that event. We will definitely look to stay there again in the future, if we need to return to the Wicomico Civic Center. There was plenty near by for food and incidentals.

    Description of their breakfast is completely wrong No eggs, no waffles of pancakes Very poor: toast, jam some cheese spread and some fruit knowing that when we stayed there ,there were 3 buses full of young people bur not enough food. Staff was also very unfriendly: when greeting in morning or when entering, no response

    Only thing that was good about this was that it was only...

    Only thing that was good about this was that it was only like 5mins away from civic center that I needed to have my daughter at early in the am. There were tiles falling in lobby one barely missing falling on my husband..everytime I asked to speak to a manager there was an excuse for me not to be able yo talk to her. Even had to move into 3rd room within 2 days in the pouring down rain with 2 little kids under 2 with no help from staff after was told later staff was supposed to help us move. Finally heard from manager after calling corporate but even then there were lots of excuses for things and half the staff was rude as could be. One lady when I first arrived was amazing wish I had her name b3cause her and her help and suggestions on things to do was bets part of my interaction with anyone.

    This hotel is perfectly locateted at the route 50 and route 13 which gives one the choice to go to the beaches in Ocean City or travel south towards the Chesapeak Bay bridge tunnel which takes you across to Virginia Beachs in Norfolk VA.

    When we first arrived the staff were so friendly and welcoming! They even asked us what floor we would prefer our room since we were going to be there for a few days. They also recommended a couple restaurants locally. Our room was nice and clean for the most part! Definitely went above my expectations based on other reviews. I will be staying here in the future if I go back to the area! The location of the hotel was perfect - super close to everything! Definitely recommend!
