This hotel is perfectly located for anyone with plans in the DTLA area. The Metric's breakfast spread, especially their coffee and pastries, absolutely hit the spot for me. The room's cleanliness and decor were top-notch, but what really stood out for me was the seamless check-in and check-out process. The staff's responsiveness was impressive; I arrived past 10 pm when the lobby was closed and they made it incredibly easy for me to access the hotel. The added perk of on-site parking was a huge plus, considering the scarcity of street parking. Without a doubt, I'll be returning here on future visits.

This place is called H by Hospitality for a reason, the staff were amazing, and very welcoming at 2 AM in the morning when we arrived and they even offered us a late check out. The room was great and decorated with flair. The next morning the place was buzzing and we were met with the same warmth and hospitality as the night before. A place to come back to.

We chose this hotel and did not regret it. We were warmly welcomed. At the reception we were served by a girl Masha, very qualified, kind and polite. Our room was wonderful with an exquisite bathroom with golden taps. The bed was very comfortable. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, it was exquisite and tasty, the service was excellent. We will definitely return here.
