Marriott can do much better for the price you charge! Yes the location is good/ convenient to everything, however the slamming of the doors in the middle of the night is unacceptable, the dirty bathroom is unacceptable, and the noise you hear from the room upstairs is definitely unacceptable for the price! The only reason I would stay here again is only it's convenient to me and my family that lives in that town! Otherwise, thumbs down to Marriott.

We loved the welcoming, laid-back feel of this historical place. Our group of four had a room with four beds and our own bathroom across the hallway. Everything was clean and well-managed. There were snacks available at all times and all you would need for a healthy breakfast. We enjoyed the camaraderie of others staying at the place, mostly cyclists, and the hosts are delightful as well as providing information on the area. They were happy to store our luggage as we headed away to Cumberland to cycle back to the hotel. We stayed there again after our bike trip along the GAP.

    Had a lovely 4 days here!

    Had a lovely 4 days here! Everyone was friendly, breakfast was hearty and delicious! It’s centrally located to everything, Target, a shopping mall, A Costco & gas station down the street ! Longhorn restaurant across the parking lot & Burgatory and Starbucks nearby! We came for a Steelers game at Acrisure Stadium and Rally’s sportswear was walking distance on a lovely path from the hotel. We enjoyed a Friday night at the Warhol museum. Being on the waterfront was so pretty! The firepit was the perfect touch!

    Terrible experience checking in with long lines and...

    Terrible experience checking in with long lines and unprofessional staff sitting around eating chips instead of helping with the check-in rush. We booked two rooms and one of our rooms was not ready upon arrival at 4:30. The free WiFi did not work. The room with two queen beds had stains all over the carpet and the shower in the kind suite had water damage on floor around shower. The shower itself was dirty. The breakfast was prepackaged muffins, cereal and juice and if the staff liked you they would “find” you a breakfast sandwich. The coffee pots was almost always empty and staff was too busy sitting around to care. Terrible experience and definitely not worth the $800 we spent for 2 rooms for 2 nights. We were told that Sandcastle was in walking distance over the phone and it was not. Do not try to walk there with kids, you will regret it. We tried calling Hampton about our experience and they didn’t care.
