Pool looked great in pictures but it was unfortunately out of order. Because it was a big reason for going, and I shared that with front desk, I'd have appreciated a small gesture / make up gift. The price was an incredible deal. The room was very decent, however some people next door we just so obnoxious kept screaming with no respect whatsoever for other customers.
