Property under construction.
Property under construction. Very unprofessional contractor. Property was trashy, driveway full of nails... inside lobby completely empty and bare, very dusty. Rooms were finished and comfortable. We always most generally stay here before a cruise. I think it is not be kept like before. I have always loved staying here close to places to eat an buys supplies we needed. Lobby floor in process of being tiled with exposed material that could cut or injure guests. Lobby floor was wet and unsafe. It is highly unlikely that this facility was granted a "Certificate of Occupancy" or passed the inspections required to open to the public. My wife and i decided to seek another hotel, knowing that we risked losing our prepaid reservation. The room was cool on entering. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. Room clean and smelled clean. Last but not least, it was obvious the floors had been cleaned. No sand or dirty feet.
