The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were the nicest, kindest hotel staff i have ever met and i really travel a lot. Me, my mum and my brother stayed at the energy hotel in the family suite. One big room with a king size bed a tv a make up desk and mirror and lots of storage. The other room had two single beds and again lots of storage. The middle room, aka the living room had a seperate smart tv and chairs and a table and a fridge etc etc. There is a button you press, and the staff cleans your room immediately. The lady at the reception was fluent in english and the other staff as well. Special thanks to Medina and the other staff whose name i dont know. Every need was met in seconds. One night we asked for extra chairs for the room because my family came to visit and they brought us chairs from the restaurant. communication was perfect. The rooms very clean. It is a very new hotel so everything was brand new. the furniture the bath everything. Everything you need for a stay is provided. It was very cold and the air conditioning worked perfectly. One in the living room and one in the double room. Breakfast was also really nice and the restaurant very clean. Coffee and tea are always for free. The staff helps you with every matter. Generally the people in Taskent are so nice and friendly but this staff at the energy hotel they were just the best. My sister lives here and i am from germany and i will always be staying here from now on. You feel like home and after a long day you just want to come home to this hotel. Thank you energy hotel and staff. We loved it!!!

I stayed at the Simma Hotel & Spa for one night because of a layover in Tashkent. It was a very enjoyable stay. First of all they sent a taxi out to the airport to wait for me (for free). The taxi journey back to the airport the next day was also free. The room and the bathroom at the hotel was big and spotless. There was a welcome plate of nuts, apricots and raisins waiting there. I slept very comfortably. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, eggs to your liking freshly prepared. Then there was the pool, hammam and sauna area which I enjoyed thoroughly. And last but not least all of the staff were very friendly. The hotel is a bit on the outskirts of town so if you want to enjoy the places of interest in Tashkent you could walk to the nearest metro station a few minutes away or take a Yandex taxi. Next time I am in Tashkent I will make sure to stay at this hotel again. Thank you.

The breakfast was good and had some variety. The staff are good and helpful when they can be. The main advantage is the location near to the metro and city-to-city buses.

We had a pleasant stay at Mukhlis Hotel in Tashkent. The hotel offers good value for money, providing comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price. The breakfast, though ordinary, was quite delicious and satisfying. The location of the hotel is advantageous, conveniently situated near local attractions and transport links. Additionally, the receptionist spoke English, which greatly facilitated our communication and made our experience more comfortable.
