Really nice and clean hotel. Well maintained, clean room. reception very helpfull. Fast WiFi. Close to restaurant and shops. Well situated and protected overnight by guards. Parking avaliable. Hot water all the time and no issue with water pressure.

The rooms are in a very beautiful and safe neighborhood. The owners were very helpful & happy people. The breakfast was for me perfect. The room was very clean with wifi, TV and a/c. Facilities were fantastic, gym and pool are excellent. All staff were great, reception staff super helpful. Would suggest to anyone with the budget. First time in Caracas and was pleasantly surprised. Extra points for stocking Auqa De Palma as the toiletries. Food was also superb.
