The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Then receptionist Ms Lien & Ms Jenny are very helpful. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. All the staffs were very helpful and friendly. This hotel really at the centre of old quarter. Highly recommended.

I loved the location… Old Quarter is so central, lively and beautiful. I love people watching this is a great spot for that!😃😃 our room was huge, and spotlessly clean. And the staff were incredibly friendly. Thank you for a great stay in Hanoi🤗

Nice hotel, clean, good breakfast, great location, good beds, fruit in the room. The staff, with special thanks to Aiden and Christina were all very welcoming, friendly and helpfull with everything. Because we had go leave the hotel very early they gave us a breakfast on the way and a small present. Price and quality in balans. Highly recommend this hotel.
