We had a great stay at Jademay Airport Hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to May, who helped us out and really went out of her way to think along with us. Our room was spacious and very clean, everything we needed for a comfortable stay close to the airport. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent hotel just 5 minutes from the airport. We appreciate the large room with balcony, the restaurant with great food downstairs, the amenities and the free shuttle. Very much worth the price we paid. A great way to relax after all the tours and activities in the northern area.

excellent welcome and preoffesionalism. I felt safe at all times. I arrived at midnight alone at the airport, I sent a whatsapp message to the hotel who said a driver would pick me up in 10 minutes, they described the car and numberplate so I knew I was getting in the right one, the same guy who drove the car was also the receptionist! The next morning I needed some breakfast and I was directed to a lovely local kitchen for some Bun cha. I trusted the guy very much and he is a credit to the hotel! First night in Vietnam was a very good one!! I highly recommend staying here, don't bother getting a taxi by yourself in the middle of the night, take these guys up on their shuttle offer!

We booked this place last minute as we had an early morning flight the next day. The staff at the hotel were so accommodating and greeted us outside and helped us with our bags. We were lucky to also have our room upgraded to a larger one which we appreciated! The bed was super comfy and we had the best sleep. The following day the hotel also organised a ride back to the airport for us.
