I didn’t meet the host, but the maid — who also is the neighbor — was incredibly nice and helpful with everything I asked. She showed me where to eat, took me to the nearby market on her motorbike, and even helped me buy eggs for breakfast. The guesthouse is very spacious with a huge garden. The kitchen and bathroom are as big as an entire apartment! There were two large beds that could comfortably sleep five people. I really loved this house — it felt so peaceful and comforting. The place had air conditioning and was very clean. The bathroom amenities seemed to be high-end, like something the host chose for their own use

EVERYTHING!!!! Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed. The facilities were good, the room was very nice, the swimming pool great, and the breakfast excellent. But the best part was the staff, truly kind all of them, from the receptionists to the staff at the breakfast restaurant. It was my birthday and the receptionist surprised me with a cake!!! I’ll be forever grateful and of course if we go back to Hue we’ll stay in this hotel again and again. We truly recommend it ❤️

Employers was very kindly and nice. We was have a bad luck during arrival,complete hue was underwater,flooding....where twxi left us to the hotel we going with boat,like with gondola in Venice. For hotel all the best :)from room,balcony,fascility,etc...;)

Great location and nice room with a balcony too. The staff is really friendly and does their best to make you feel welcome. They have a wide selection of beers at the bar downstairs.
