everything is great, it’s nice that the hotel is just outside the centre so you are out of the busy area but with the bikes or scooter from the hotel you are there in five minutes. Super helpful staff, very friendly and professional. Ms. Dzung helpt us with all our needs

This property met, and exceeded our expectations! The rooms are super clean and so beautiful! The pool is one of the prettiest pools I've ever seen. Excellent location if you like being away from the horns, hustle and bustle. Kim really makes the place! He and his staff are just amazing. Great food, hospitality and he will arrange anything for you, hassle-free! We can't say enough good things about it. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Breakfast was elaborate., they offered us free bicycles. The property is surrounded by rice fields and karst mountains. Very convenient. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. They offered us a free herbal leg spa at night.

From the very moment we arrived at the hotel in Ninh Binh, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly made our stay exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, showcasing a great level of friendliness and professionalism. Despite our early arrival, the front desk team handled our check-in, ensuring that our luggage was securely stored while our room was being prepared. They offered us free bicycles, allowing us to explore the charming surroundings.The breakfast spread was amazing. Our room was a true reflection of comfort and cleanliness, spacious and well-maintained, mirroring the photos we saw at the time of booking. In conclusion, we are immensely grateful for the outstanding service and hospitality we received. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay in Ninh Binh so memorable. We are already looking forward to our next visit, confident that we will choose to stay with you again.
