Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff are all so welcoming. The location is perfect. The room was beautiful and spacious. We had the best nights sleep in this hotel compared to our whole time in Vietnam- full soundproofing. Totally quiet and no noise. Breakfast was delicious- so much choice. Hotel was really clean. Swimming pool was amazing to swim a few laps and relax in. The gym was modern and clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.

Everyone from staff was exceptionally kind, helpful and genuinely interested to make our stay comfortable and fun. Special compliments to the amazing Kim with whom we interacted the most and she went above and beyond to make sure we are having a memorable honeymoon trip. Our stay felt like being at home and surrounded with friends. Super location - central but not crazy busy. Nice rooms.

Great location, beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds. The highlight of our stay was definetely the staff - the hospitality was exceptional! For my wife's birthday, they arranged a very nice cake and decorated the room. We never experienced such friendly and helpful staff before. Even after our check out, we could reach out via whatsapp and count on the care and support of the staff. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.
