The cleanliness of the rooms, nice lobby garden and breakfast buffet. They helped organise transfers and a nice boat trip, rental scooter and explained things clearly. Overall good service and they are great.

The host, Victor, and his wife were so welcoming, friendly and helpful despite the challenges they face after the typhoon. The hotel is in a great location with lovely views out over the town and water especially at night from the balcony. They served delicious food in the restaurant. My room was immaculate and very comfortable.

Seoul 2 Hotel & Apartment is exceptionally hospitable, modern, clean with the friendliest staff we have ever met. The location is in the center of Cat Ba. The breakfasts are delicious and we felt like it was a second home to us. Drake at the front desk is especially kind and most helpful.

Coffee and laundry service was excellent. The family that runs Rustic is very pleasant and helpful. Even the lobby dog is delightful! We should have stayed longer!

This hotel is situated back from the hustle and bustle of the main street just down a lane, nestled between a stunning lagoon and mountains. We stayed in the tiny house with a lovely loft and had an amazing experience! The staff are all generous and welcoming, plus we got to know the beautiful golden retriever (Ginger) who lives at the property. The atmosphere is very relaxing and cosy! Breakfast was great, and there are cocktails and other drinks available in the evenings. There is also bike hire for a quick 5 min cycle into the main town or about a 30 minute walk. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough for a tranquil stay that felt as if we were in the mountains while still being very close to Cat Ba town.

Was central to the stuff going on in Cat Ba, great value for money as we are travelling on a budget as a couple, breakfast is included too which is a an egg and some bread and fruit which is served in their 'cave cafeteria' which is pretty unique. The owner let us check in early which was great too. Room was also acceptable for cleanliness.
