We are renting this house not for the first time. A wonderful place with its own access to the sea, a swimming pool. The owners are very nice, they will always help. We really loved this place, we will come again. The service is at a high level!

From the moment I arrived, Kathy and Lilly greeted me like an old friend, remembering my name and details from my previous stay—such a warm and personal touch that truly made me feel valued. Their genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made my visit even more special. Whether it was offering great local recommendations or ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect, they were always there with a smile. The hotel itself remains as charming as ever, with its beautiful design, comfortable rooms, and serene atmosphere, but it’s the incredible staff like Kathy and Lilly that make it unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here—I’ll definitely be back!

-Staff was great, from the beginning until our check-out, always very helpful and informative -Room was beautiful, spacious, clean and nicely designed with a balcony -breakfast buffet was great and lots of options for vegetarians -location perfect, quiet, away from the noise and 10 min walk from the centre of town plus free bicycles -Restaurants and Cafés nearby Would definitely come back and stay there again!

Lion King has been our favorite hotel by far during our 3 weeks in Vietnam, we absolutely loved our stay! Flower and Robert were the most friendly and helpful hosts - they went out of their way to make us feel at home and look after us. They checked in with us everyday, provided great recommendations, helped us book activities and even gave us Banh Mi and Vietnamese sweets when we left so we wouldn’t get hungry on our travels. The hotel location, rooms and pool were great too - it was easy walking distance to all of the main sites and a short grab/scooter to the beach. Definitely stay here when in Hoi An, we couldn’t recommend more highly!!

- it is close by the old city center, just 5 Min walk - tasty and a good choice for breakfast - free tea and coffee all day long - free umbrellas to borrow - 24 hour reception - and of course the super friendly and everytime helpful staff. Henry and Jenny were always there when we had a question. Thank you so much! As well for the present we received during checkout ☺️ - free walking tour with Cindy was very interesting. Highly recommended!
