Staff were very accommodating, even went out of there way to assist with onward travel arrangements. Bike to ride around were a nice extra. Pool and games area were awesome. Will definitely be back..a beautiful stay..

From the moment I arrived, Kathy and Lilly greeted me like an old friend, remembering my name and details from my previous stay—such a warm and personal touch that truly made me feel valued. Their genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made my visit even more special. Whether it was offering great local recommendations or ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect, they were always there with a smile. The hotel itself remains as charming as ever, with its beautiful design, comfortable rooms, and serene atmosphere, but it’s the incredible staff like Kathy and Lilly that make it unforgettable. -Staff was great, from the beginning until our check-out, always very helpful and informative -Room was beautiful, spacious, clean and nicely designed with a balcony -breakfast buffet was great and lots of options for vegetarians -location perfect, quiet, away from the noise and 10 min walk from the centre of town plus free bicycles -Restaurants and Cafés nearby Would definitely come back and stay there again!

    I liked Da Nang city more than this place, it's a bit far from everywhere and the beach is not very clean. This place is good if you're staying in a 5 star resort with most facilities on site.
