The room was stunning. Shower pressure was excellent just a couple of difficulties with the temperature but staff were happy to help and it was fixed easily. The bed was very comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful with our needs

This was the best place to stay in Vietnam during my trip. The family was very hospitable. The host couple invited me to have dinner with their family. They gave me advice on which tourist spots to visit. They had a taxi to pick me up and drop me off very thoughtfully. I felt very well taken care of here. I would recommend this place.

Fantastic homestay run by a very special lady. my girlfriend and I stayed here back in July during a 3 Month holiday around SE Asia. we can safely say that this was the most memorable place we’ve stayed. Lovely food and delicious beer, Right beside the Old Town and only an easy scooter journey if you want to travel into Ninh Binh if you want to look at other Westerners do westerner things. This spot is for the OGs of travelling. Thank you host and best of luck in the future.

everything is great, it’s nice that the hotel is just outside the centre so you are out of the busy area but with the bikes or scooter from the hotel you are there in five minutes. Super helpful staff, very friendly and professional. Ms. Dzung helpt us with all our needs

This property met, and exceeded our expectations! The rooms are super clean and so beautiful! The pool is one of the prettiest pools I've ever seen. Excellent location if you like being away from the horns, hustle and bustle. Kim really makes the place! He and his staff are just amazing. Great food, hospitality and he will arrange anything for you, hassle-free! We can't say enough good things about it. I HIGHLY recommend it!

    As far as I can make out, this town is a suburb/area of Ninh...

    As far as I can make out, this town is a suburb/area of Ninh Binh, less than a mile from the train station. It is probably the friendliest place I've ever been - I think I was "helloed" by just about everyone under 10 I saw. But the highlights are really in the surrounding countryside, so I would recommend planning for a few days out to see the nature reserves and participate in the activities. You don't need to travel far, and can get Grab taxis or bikes if you don't have your own transport.
